Required Connections

Setting Up

  1. Add Agent in Command Center: To begin using the Gmail Agent, visit the Command Center on our web application. Navigate to the marketplace and select the Gmail Agent for addition to your suite of tools.

  2. Configure Agent Settings: After adding the Gmail Agent, customize your settings through the Command Center. This includes setting up your inbox management schedule, drafting preferences, and other relevant configurations.

  3. Ready For Use: With the agent configured, access its features through our mobile app or web app. Allyson is ready to assist with your email management tasks, operating in the background to ensure your business communications are efficient and personalized.

Onboarding Instructions

1. Click on Gmail Agent

2. Click on Start Onboarding

3. Click on Continue With Google

4. Click on continue after your acount has been authenticated.

5. Add extra details on how you want your drafts styled.

6. We pull the last 10 sent emails to help Allyson create better drafts.

7. Edit the emails to your liking

8. Click on Save

9. Edit the email category settings to your liking.

10. Click on Save Agent

11. Click on Gmail Agent

12. Here is your agent dashboard.

13. Click on Schedule

14. You can select what function to set up a job for.

15. Select the schedule you want the job to run on.

16. Click on Every Minute(s)

17. Click on Interval

18. Click on Save

19. You will see the task and its schedule.

20. Click on logs to view the logs of previous runs.

21. Click on settings if you want to edit the agent.

22. You can edit the agent name.

23. You can edit all the settings for the agent.
